They liked flowers. I did not. Delivered to General mail not to address at university. That meant they stayed overnight. As a result the hydrangea was limp and turning brown. The roses had brown edges. Florist didn’t send e-mail on delivery as promised. Sent next day after recipient received. I emailed them directly and still haven’t heard from them - 2 days ago. Won’t use again

Bonita reach out to me to apologize for the wrong arrangement being sent to my MIL and asked how she could make the error right. Forever Flowers should be sending out the original arrangement on Monday. I appreciate them reaching out to me and would like this to be taken into my review rate hence my second review.
